INSPECTION & TESTING OF ROTARY EQUIPMENTS (A)
VIBRATION ANALYSIS
Operating a machine until it breaks
down might be acceptable if the
machine was a disposable one.
Most machines, however, are not
disposable due to their cost.
Vibration analysis is used to detect
early precursors to machine health
allowing machinery to be repaired
or replaced before an expensive
failure occurs.
LASER ALIGNMENT
Shaft Laser is a process to make two
or more rotating shafts co-linear, or
in the same straight line, both
vertically and horizontally. Laser
alignment can also be used for
pulleys, sprocket, cardon shaft &
geometrical alignment by using
special alignment tools.
DYNAMIC BALANCING
One of the biggest causes of
vibration is the "out of balance"
equipment. Using modern
techniques, this can be done
on-site, without dismounting
the equipment, hence saving
precious time and investments.

THERMOGRAPHY
A key component of the plant predictive
maintenance is to see the invisible. To keep
the plant operational at all times one should
know accurately the best time to take
corrective action. Thermal imaging allows
you to see and determine the temperature
variation of the equipment so that the faults
can be corrected.
BORESCOPE INSPECTION
Problems, via a borescope, can be identified
without dismantling or destruction of the
machine components. For a machine with a
complex assembly, you can pin point the
exact damaged part and replace it.
